Open meditatie-avonden in de Tibetaans Boeddhistische traditie, begeleid door Fabiola Sonam Palmo. Voor en na de meditatie is het mogelijk onder het genot van een kop koffie of thee even bij te praten. Fabiola Sonam Palmo is studente aan het Maitreya Instituut en werkzaam als psychotherapeut.
